4 Boroughs and 1 Postcode... That sounds like the title of a naff sequel to a certain Hugh Grant film but really refers to the W10 (North Kensington) postcode. The majority of the W10 postcode falls within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. However, immediately north of Ladbroke Grove and Harrow Road, it also falls within the boroughs of Westminster and Brent. And to confuse things even further, along the western boundary by Scrubs Lane, there are even some streets which fall within Hammersmith and Fulham.
